The third coordination meeting of the iSEAS project will take place on next 17-18 November 2015, in the facilities of CESGA, in Santiago de Compostela.

In this meeting, the results obtained in the framework of Action A1 will be presented.
It is the analysis of the current status of discards issue in analysed coastal trawling fisheries, together with the socio-economic analysis of the fishing sector perception regarding this hot topic carried out by USC.

Partners will discuss about the progress of the LIFE iSEAS technical actions, paying special attention to the current state of iObserver development and the first pilot tests of this new technology on-board oceanographic campaigns carried out by the IEO; as well as to the implementation of the iDVP in the Port of Marín.

In addition, the management of next dissemination events organized by CETMAR will be discussed.
